Friends of Lake Charles Charter Academy Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit organization that supports and oversees Lake Charles Charter Academy, a tuition-free public K–8 school in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Founded in 2010, the foundation’s mission is to provide high-quality, research-based education focused on academic achievement and student success. The school serves nearly 1,000 students, primarily from minority and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The foundation ensures strong governance, financial oversight, and a commitment to student-centered learning.
